Tameka Cottle is an American singer and songwriter. She was a member of girl group Xscape, and received a Grammy Award for her writing contributions on the TLC hit “No Scrubs.” She is also known as Tameka “Tiny” Harris and Tameka Harris. She is 4′11″.

Tameka is the daughter of Diane Cottle and Charles Walter Pope. Her father co-founded Atlanta-based vocal group The Tams, along with his brother, Joe Pope. Tameka has a daughter with her former partner Zonnie “Zeboe” Pullins; and three children with her husband, rapper and actor T.I.

Tameka’s paternal grandfather was named Otis Pope.

Tameka’s paternal grandmother was named Rosa Bell Byrd.
