Selena Gomez has come a long way since her breakout acting role on The Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.  Now 22 years old, Gomez has added singing to her list of talents and over the years she has pursued a successful music career.  In 2008 she founded a pop-rock band called, Selena Gomez and the Scene, and the group has since released three studio albums.  Last year, Gomez released her debut album, Stars Dance, and cited Bruno Mars, Beyonce, and Rihanna among her biggest musical influences. For her work as an artist Gomez has won several awards including two Radio Disney Music Awards, and an MTV Video Music Award.  Over the course of her career, Gomez has built a strong fan base of devoted listeners and is responsible for a number of successful songs.  Here is a list of the most popular Selena Gomez songs of all-time.

5. Slow Down

“Slow Down,” which was featured on Gomez’ debut album, peaked at number 27 on the U.S. charts and sold over one million copies, which allowed the song to be certified platinum by the RIAA.

4.Naturally

“Naturally” was released in 2009 on Selena Gomez and the Scene’s debut album, Kiss & Tell.  The song features al up-tempo electro-pop sound and received mostly positive reviews by critics.  Reaching number 29 on the U.S. charts, the song has now been certified 4 times platinum.  The video for the song debuted on the Disney Channel in December of 2009.

Released as the third single on their album, When the Sun Goes Down, “Who Says” proved to be a hit for Selena Gomez and the Scene.  The song reached number 21 on the U.S. charts and has since been certified  3 times platinum.  Gomez says that the song was meant to be an anthem for those looking to fight back against the “haters.”

“Love You like a Love Song” was released in the summer of 2011 and remains Selena Gomez and the Scene’s most successful U.S. hit.  The song was also considered a critical success and has since been used in TV shows, and was featured in the video game Just Dance 4.  Love You like a Love Song peaked at number 22 and her been certified platinum or gold in several countries.

Peaking at number 6, “Come & Get It” was Gomez’ first single to enter the top 10 on the Billboard top 100. The single, which is featured on Gomez’ solo album, was released in April 2013 after premiering on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. Originally intended for Rihanna’s 2011 album, Talk That Talk, “Come & Get It” was written by Ester Dean and produced by Stargate.
